Our personal guarantee
All of our products are made to the highest standard using the best quality materials available and each piece is hand-crafted by skilled and experienced tradesmen upholsterers.
We guarantee our workmanship, so if you have any issues whatsoever with the quality we’d like to hear from you.
Custom made orders
All orders are custom made especially for you, so once an order has been placed we cannot unfortunately cancel it or provide a refund for change of mind.
We therefore strongly suggest contacting us to discuss options or for fabric samples if you are unsure of colour and texture.
The lead time for each item is included on the product page. In general, we can usually deliver within four weeks of purchase (unless stated) and if this changes we’ll let you know.
All orders are in New Zealand dollars.
Online shopping delivery charges
We have a set delivery charge for all items. Most of our products are furniture items which are considered large and heavy items by Courier companies. If your purchase is for a smaller product, contact us and we can request a quote for delivery direct to your door.
New Zealand standard delivery charges are:
- Auckland - $80
- Wellington - $180
- Rest of North Island - $200
- Christchurch - $210
- Rest of South Island - $260
Upholstery pick-up and delivery in the Auckland area
For re-upholstery items, we charge a $100+gst pick-up and delivery fee in the central Auckland area or $120+gst for the North Shore. Please contact us for wider Auckland prices.
Please contact us for delivery outside of New Zealand.
